By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
General Guidelines
- You are welcome to enter the pool with your dog, but this is at your own risk.
- Dogs must enter the water willingly—pushing, shoving, or throwing them in is strictly prohibited.
Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave. - Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times while on the premises.
- Please clean up after your dog and dispose of waste properly.
- All dogs must be fully vaccinated or Titre tested before attending.
Health & Safety - Dogs must not eat within two hours of swimming to avoid discomfort or health risks.
- If your dog has a history of biting, is reactive, or unsociable, please inform us beforehand. This does not prevent you from attending, but you may be advised to book a Solo Session for safety reasons.
- Dogs with injuries or recovering from surgery must have vet approval before swimming. We are not Hydro therapists and cannot provide medical advice.
- Claws must be clipped short to prevent damage to the pool liner. Entry may be refused if claws are too sharp.
Swimming Sessions - Each booking is for a 30-minute session, which includes time for entry and exit. Please vacate the pool promptly to allow the next session to begin.
- A dog should not swim continuously for more than 20 minutes, as 1 minute of swimming is equivalent to a 1-mile walk.
- The pool’s maximum capacity is 5 dogs and/or humans (e.g., 3 dogs & 2 people).
- Children may enter the pool only if they can stand with their head and shoulders above the water. They must be supervised at all times by an adult and able to swim.
Cancellations & Payments - Payment must be made at the time of booking.
- You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Media & Privacy - We may take photos and videos during sessions for social media and our website. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing.
- We cannot control other customers taking and sharing photos of the pool.
- CCTV is in operation for security and training purposes.
Liability - While we provide a safe and secure environment, we cannot accept liability for any incidents that occur while dogs are off-lead.
- If a dog in a group session shows signs of aggression, they will be asked to leave.
