FAQ’s

Not all dogs are natural swimmers, but don’t worry—we’ve got them covered! We provide buoyancy jackets and will be in the water with them, offering gentle encouragement. If your pup is unsure about water, we recommend booking a taster session to build their confidence.

How many dogs can swim at once?

  • Up to five dogs per session, but we only book private groups—no mixing with unfamiliar dogs.
  • Can I join my dog in the pool?
Yes! You’re welcome to swim alongside your dog. Changing facilities are available, but please note that
this is at your own risk.
  • How long is a session?
Sessions last 30 minutes, including time for arrival and departure. Since swimming is tiring, we
recommend a max of 20 minutes in the water.
  • What if I need to cancel?
You can reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Is the pool safe for my dog’s skin?
We use a saltwater system with a low chlorine level, making it gentler on your dog’s coat, nose, and
    eyes.
  • What if my dog has arthritis or an injury?
We’re a fun and fitness pool, not a hydrotherapy center. Please check with your vet before booking.
  • Is the pool heated?
No! We have a solar cover which takes the chill off the water temperature.
  • A towel and dry clothes for you and your dog.
  • A long-sleeved shirt (your dog’s claws can be sharp in the water!).
  • A blanket for your dog if it’s chilly outside.
  • Can kids come?
Yes! Under-18s must be supervised at all times and able swim and to be able to stand in the pool.
  • Can I take photos/videos?
Absolutely! Capture those splashy moments and share the fun.
  • What’s the best time to feed my dog?
At least 2 hours before swimming to avoid an upset tummy.
